Kimmel’s Comedy ‘LINQ’ New (and in his hometown) is Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club at The LINQ Promenade. A classic Vegas spirit is captured with a high-end but homey main floor bar serving casual cuisine and cocktails. Bar hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, 4 p.m. to midnight, open till 2 a.m. on Friday through Saturday, with happy hour until 6 p.m. Comedians appear in the second floor showroom, which can seat up to 300 guests. ‘Purr-fect’ Pitch New to Las Vegas from New Orleans is Cat’s Meow, a 10,000-square-foot karaoke bar in Neonopolis downtown. A wild stage is set for karaoke from open until close every day, with a singing emcee keeping everyone happy. Cat’s Meow has a library of 40,000 songs, with an emphasis on high-energy, crowd-pleasing tunes. Guests sing an average of eight songs an hour from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 2 p.m. to 4 a.m. Friday through Saturday. Burton’s Neon Art Attack “Lost Vegas: Tim Burton @ The Neon Museum” is an destination art exhibition running through Feb. 15, staging the famed director’s original fine art integrated in multiple locations at the outdoor sign museum. The display is unlike any other Burton has staged and features a combination of site-specific sculptural and digital installations. Burton is credited with bringing worldwide attention and fame to The Neon Museum, founded in 1996, when it was featured in his “Mars Attacks!” film that year. General admission ticketsare $30, and the 25-minute Brilliant! experience featuring an homage to Burton is $24. Hours are 9 a.m. to midnight daily.
