FREEZING? TRY THESE THREE WINTER COCKTAILS, VEGAS STYLE
If the cold is nipping at your nose, you might want to forget the open fire and instead opt for the warming effects of a delicious holiday drink. Here are three inventive cocktails perfect for when it’s cold in Vegas, or for when you want to get toasty at home.
SCROOGED
@ The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
- 1/2 oz. Nocello
- 1 1/2 oz. Pumpkin King liqueur
- 1 oz. Frosted Flakes cereal milk
- 1 cup coffee
Autumn
flavors come alive in this warmer. Assemble all ingredients together
and steam with the espresso frother until warm (without one, just make
sure your coffee is piping hot). Serve in a coffee mug.
SIDECAR NAMED DESIRE
@ Vanderpump Cocktail Garden
- 2 oz. Remy Martin 1738
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 muddled pear slice
- 1/4 oz. egg white
A
classic goes winter! When combining ingredients, make sure this
cocktail is first shaken without ice to create froth texture from the
egg whites, then shake again with ice to chill. Double strain it into a
martini glass. For extra 00mph, garnish with an Asian pear fan, cinnamon
dust, amaranth leaf and a cherry.
DIRTY SNOWMAN
@ PBR Rock Bar & Grill
- 6 oz. hot chocolate
- 2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
- One scoop vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream swirl
- Drizzled chocolate syrup
This sundae of a drink will make you smile. Place the ice cream scoop in a glass first. Add Bailey's Irish Cream.
Fill
glass with hot chocolate. Stir to mix contents. Add whipped cream and
chocolate syrup to the top as desired. Hazelnut liqueur can be
substituted for Bailey's Irish Cream or added for even more cheer.
