Ben Reynolds is the chief financial officer at Temco Logistics, where he leads financial strategy, operational execution and commercial planning in support of the company’s rapid expansion. Since joining Temco, he has played a central role in scaling the business from mid-market status to over $1 billion in annual sales, overseeing ERP integrations including NetSuite and SAP S/4HANA and building out the accounting, FP&A, analytics and sales teams to drive efficiency and transparency. Reynolds contributed to M&A initiatives, including the due diligence process for The Home Depot’s acquisition of Temco and continues to align financial rigor with enterprise-level growth. Prior to his work in logistics, he held roles across sales and project management in the construction sector, where he first assumed profit-and-loss responsibility and discovered a lasting passion for finance. He is active with Finance Executives International, the Association for Corporate Growth and the Rugby Exchange 501(c)(3).
