Kristin Daher is the founder and CEO of Powerhouse+Co., a full-service communications agency recognized for its award-winning work in public relations, branding and strategy. After acquiring a legacy PR firm in 2015, she rebranded it into Powerhouse+Co., transforming it into a nationally recognized agency that serves clients across the restaurant, franchise, technology and consumer sectors. Over the last two years, Daher has overseen a major internal transformation, debuting a new agency identity and driving 25% revenue growth alongside the largest client roster in company history. Under her leadership, Powerhouse+Co. has expanded headcount, added senior leadership roles and received top honors, including a 2024 Bulldog PR Award and multiple Best in Show wins from PRSA. A longtime mentor and board member with PRSA Orange County and the California Restaurant Foundation, she continues to shape the Southern California PR landscape through pro bono work, student mentorship and nonprofit advocacy.
