Since taking the helm as president and CEO of Juice It Up! in 2020, Susan Taylor has driven the brand’s transformation into a modern, growth-focused franchise system rooted in innovation, operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Under her leadership, the company achieved record-breaking increases in systemwide sales exceeding $50 million in 2024 and posted a more than 50% AUV for its top-performing locations over the past five years. Taylor has guided the launch of new store prototypes, accelerated multi-unit development with an 82% rise in deals signed and overseen the opening of new locations in strategic markets, including Oklahoma, and high-traffic travel centers like Ehrenberg, Arizona. Nearly 75% of upcoming Juice It Up! locations are now being developed by existing franchisees, a testament to her franchise-first approach. She also introduced a successful snack category, which has generated over $250,000 in incremental revenue and brought 15 limited-time menu offerings to market in just two years.
