Laura Khouri is the president and COO of Western National Property Management, where she leads operations for over 24,500 multifamily units valued at more than $8 billion across California and Nevada. With 40 years at the company, she has built WNPM into a respected industry leader known for its people-first, owner-minded approach. Khouri oversees a team of 750+ associates and has implemented initiatives that foster long-term growth, such as pandemic-era rental assistance exceeding $7 million and daily employee communications across 587 consecutive days. Her leadership drove the expansion into new markets, including the recent Agate development in Coachella Valley, and pioneered a sponsorship with the Anaheim Ducks – the first of its kind for a property management firm. A keynote speaker and frequent panelist, she is recognized by GlobeSt. and Connect CRE as a top influencer in multifamily real estate. Khouri also serves on several nonprofit boards supporting domestic violence survivors, integrative health and education for children with learning differences.
