Manna Kadar is the founder and CEO of Manna Kadar Beauty, Inc., a global beauty brand known for its “Beauty Simplified” philosophy and innovative, multi-functional products. With more than 20 years in the industry, she has built MKB into a powerhouse featured in over 40,000 retail locations worldwide, with key partnerships including Ulta, Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s. Kadar continues to lead expansion efforts, launching clean, cruelty-free product lines and forging new international retail alliances. Her brand’s dual appeal in both mass and luxury markets has garnered numerous accolades and solidified her position as an industry trendsetter. Beyond business, she is a committed advocate for women’s empowerment, mentoring young entrepreneurs and supporting nonprofits such as Working Wardrobes and Susan G. Komen. Kadar also serves on the boards of Goodwill and USC’s Women in Business. Most recently, she launched a campaign providing beauty kits to shelters across Southern California to promote dignity and confidence among underserved women.
