As president of Alignment Health, Dawn Maroney leads the company’s operations with a focus on elevating member experience, strengthening provider relationships and driving execution across all markets. Appointed to the role in January 2025 following record-setting enrollment and product innovation as president of markets and CEO of Alignment Health Plan, she works closely with the CEO and board to shape strategic direction. Maroney is the architect behind the company’s product portfolio and brand identity, launching industry-first programs like the ACCESS On-Demand Concierge and a partnership with Instacart to address food insecurity and medication access. In 2024, she also spearheaded a culturally resonant campaign featuring Luis Miguel to engage the growing Latin community, which contributed to double-digit company growth. Under her leadership, Alignment achieved 35% year-over-year membership growth and earned a coveted 5-star CMS rating. Maroney regularly speaks at national healthcare conferences and serves on the Alignment Health Plan Board and Senior Consumer Experience Advisory Committee.
