Under her guidance, Rand has grown from a startup at her kitchen table into a full-service partner for Fortune 500 clients, supporting over 5,000 companies and facilitating the sale of more than 6.1 billion electronic components worldwide. Klein led Rand to become the first ISO-certified independent semiconductor distributor and continues to pioneer advancements in AI-driven supply chains and ethical sourcing. In 2024, she launched Rand’s R2-certified asset reutilization facility in Tennessee and established a European operations hub in the Netherlands. Her trailblazing work has earned her recognition as the Orange County Business Journal’s Leading Woman in Business and a spot among the region’s most influential leaders. A passionate advocate for women in tech, Klein mentors young professionals and serves on the board of Women in Electronics, where she champions equity and innovation.
